It might take carriers 5-7 business days to scan your package into the system, so don’t worry if you don’t see updates right away. Once it’s scanned, the tracking link will show you your package’s amazing journey from our workshop to your doorstep.

In the super unlikely event that your order gets lost, just let us know and we’ll jump on it right away. Your satisfaction is our top priority, so you can rest assured we’ll do everything in our power to ensure a smooth delivery.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Double-check your address before you hit checkout! We want to make sure your order gets to you right! To avoid any wait times, double-check your shipping info before you buy.

In case of address changes: We can’t change addresses after an order is placed. But you can contact the carrier directly to see if they can forward the package for you. Just a reminder, Moteeto isn’t responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse.
